Delete your AudioTask account
You can delete your AudioTask account and associated app data at any time.
Delete from the app
Open AudioTask and go to Settings → Help & Support → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@deepzed.com from the same email address linked to your AudioTask account.
What data will be deleted
- AudioTask account profile
- AI voice notes
- Transcripts
- Tasks and reminders
- Follow-up drafts
- Text notes
- App usage data linked to the account
Data we may retain
Some payment, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained if required by law or platform requirements.
Subscription note
Deleting your AudioTask account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription from the store where you purchased it.
Please include the email address linked to your AudioTask account so we can process your request.
